- Ship the item back.
- Refund is processed after the warehouse confirms receipt.
V. Return Shipping Costs
- Returns due to quality issues: Shipping costs are covered by Lavynox LLC.
- Returns not due to quality issues (e.g., dislike, incorrect size): Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
VI. Refund Details
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and confirmed.
- The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment method.
